Duck Noodle Salad w Segmented Orange, Green Onions, Corriander, Chilli & a Coconut Milk, Ginger, Soy Dressing.
Lemon Posset w Double cream quinelle, Raspberry, Mint & chocolate swirl
A tray of Goats Cheese cradled by a Puff Pastry base with a Beetroot reduction & topped with a sticky Red Onion Chutney....Patiently waiting it's turn on top of the oven.
